The Chamber of Commerce lobbies hard for deregulation on behalf of the country's largest corporations. On the front of the building--which faces the White House--are massive signs that spell out the word "JOBS." Packed together tightly on the street and steps of the building protesters chanted in unison: "Where are the jobs?! Where are the jobs?!"
