For those wondering about the Raw Spring Water, it is the real deal. I just became a distributor for the water. I currently deliver to natural food markets and coops in the Northeast as well as home deliveries. Now there is Raw Spring Water and Summit Spring water. The Raw is unfiltered, untreated, pure while the Summit is only treated with a UV light to "pause" or inhibit the growing of the microscopic algae inside the water. For more info and pricing, contact me at WHDistributors@gmail.com.

@rockabilly I currently am a distributor for that water. They sell the water in different sizes. You can get 1.5L PET eco-friendly non-leaching bottle for 29 dollars a case. Break that down, that's $2.40 per bottle for a large bottle of water which is very comparable to other companies. If you live in the Northeast I can deliver to your door or just email me for more info and I can give you all the facts.

@okraw no problem John, you are great guy and I love your channel! Yes it is true that we all looking for the answers about our nutrition, somehow in the human evolution we lost sense of what is best diet for us. And only one species on millions wonder what is the healthiest option for them, yet they are the most ill species of all...it is odd, isn't it?

@monika9v John's right, whether you are a vegan or not, many people can be deficient in B12. Everyone should get regular blood tests to know their levels. This helps you adjust so you can eat what's right for you. It's true, more vegans are deficient in B12, but not all, so the answer is to be smart & know your levels. Just "eating right" can't tell you if you're ok. Sounds good, but not true. Low fat definately isn't the answer, but you're right, not everyone needs animal products.
...Therefore vegans and vegetarians actually have higher levels of B12 in their bodies than people who eat a meat-based diet. Vegetarians who have heard that they don't get enough protein in their diets and know this myth is untrue can rest assured that vitamin B12 deficiency is a myth as well. Instead, vegans need to concentrate on eating plenty of healthy low fat raw foods. The truth is people don't have to eat meat or other animal products to survive and thrive.

Most vegan/veg doctors would agree with me on this. I have personal friends that lived LOWFAT raw vegan, and WERE deficient in B12. I recommend At LEAST get tested if you are not supplementing instead of going blind and not knowing about your levels.. If your test is good, then dont supplement... Based on my experience, (both personal, and friends) B12 is advised, and that is why I recommend it. Vegan, Vegetarian or Meat Eater - everyone may be deficient in b12 these days..

@okraw I do not believe that mother nature forgot to provide the vit b12 for humans so now we have to manufacture the supplement or eat meat which gives us tons of diseases and actually is one of the reasons our bodies cannot produce this essential vitamin. All best!

Mother Earth did not forget to provide the B12 for us. What happened is we MASSIVELY changed the earth as to how we live in the balance of nature.
