All my lean fellas that say all they want to do is gain weight heres what you gotta do. EAT. im talking bout as little as 5 to six meals a day. Workin out at the gym all the time is not all you have to do. You have to eat. jack you calories up and mmore importantly jack up ur protein counsumption. im takin bout 250 grams a day or better. im at 300grams and about 4000 calories aday and all this does is put on about 1 maybe 2 pounds on a month. If i want to gain more than that i got to eat more than im eating right now.

    iv just started lifting, so might sound like a dumb question aswell

    but im quite confused with the amount that im supposed to eat, is the 6 meals including or excluding the shakes that you have?

    and also what supplements should i be taking if any?

  • I've been lifting on and off for a while now but I've just started to use 100% GoldStandard whey Protein. I always take a shake after my workout but would it be more beneficial if I took one first thing in the morning before hand too and on the days when I don't workout? Hope you can get back, Thanks man.
