This is on July 19 2009. I learned the Gung Gee from Sifu Frank Bolte. You can even see and hear Sifu Frank Bolte teaching on the left of the screen!!! I hope I have improved (I started training in Hung Gar and learning this form on December 2008). As Sifu Frank Bolte says, Gung Gee is a very valuable form and it takes a long time and effort to master. I know I have a long way to go. Thank you for viewing. Thank you Sifu Frank Bolte.

  • Focus your eyes forward, your allways looking at the ground

  • Thank you for the advice.

  • A Very Good Effort, just a suggestion, helpful I hope, leave off using the Rings until you get the Form flowing and Stances strong, but Great Effort, keep up the good work

  • Thank you very much. I started learning Hung Gar in December 2008 under Sifu Frank Bolte. I was training 3 times per week, and completed the form on April 2009. From April to July 2009 sifu Bolte had me do the form 3 times with iron rings in almost every training session. Sifu Bolte also advises me I have to work a lot on the stances.

Thank you for your suggestion and nice words! : )

  • I forgot to mention... I started with 3 rings on every hand for April. 4 rings in May and finally 5 rings in June...

  • Really great effort, keep up your hard training and thank you sharing this with us.

  • thank you gungji9!

I owe a lot to Sifu Bolte for teaching me the Gung Gee Fook Fu Kuen.

    Take care

  • Congrats man!

Adding to what was said here, try to bring down your stances, sometimes they're too high. And more feeling! =]

  • You are welcome, keep up the good work, if my Brother is teaching you it will all work out good for you. Hung Kuen Yat Gar
