America traded with others for slaves, but they did what was accepted at the time, and they weren't the ones capturing them and bringing them in. It was built on class in the sense your reward should be equivalent with the work you do. And you're contradicting yourself again, saying white ppl made progress and then bringing up segregation? Even though its not really related to what our argument was originally about, yes Obama had weak opposition from the republican side, but against hillary it was largely because of white guilt that he triumphed, as they basically shared the same views. I doubt Obama will be re-elected, as his approval ratings are down and he didn't fulfill his promises, but well see
