This is part of my mortgage Nightmare!2004 to 2007 Since late 2004 it's been a nightmare! Hit by predatory lending by ameriquest mortgage and HSBC, then hit by hurricanes weeks later, been trying to live without our home since January 20th 2005.

I Had to rent at 450 a month AND make mortgage payments for over a year while waiting for answers about the insurance coverage's from the mortgage company's Ameriquest and HSBC. WAITING FOR ANSWERS THAT NEVER COME!!! IT"S A DRAG!!! Them withholding evidence taking for ever to reply.

Our damaged home is also a small farm so during the time we had to rent and make mortgage payments, I had to travel every day for more then 19 months to feed and care for my chickens and other animals we could not take with us to the rental.

Knowing I could not keep this up for ever I decided to do what I could to get back to our farm, In trying to get back to our farm and try to rebuild or what I can do to get us back, I tried to buy a home, but Ameriquest after promising to fix our credit in a written agreement then breached it by marking our credit 120s late 2 times.

Not being able to finance a home was very upsetting, It was a huge let down but surely not the first one regarding ameriquest mortgage.

The only thing I could think of was to try to build a small home out of a shed that's 12x24, So that's what I did. So now 1/2 of us live in this converted shed till I can find some other way.

I have been struggling to get help from the Government, they don't care. I have been in litigation against ameriquest mortgage and their attorneys since 2004. They know we are having to use this shed for a home, while they wont answers questions regarding the insurance and the closing our refinance.

Being a single mom makes this a tuff time for all of us. I made 2 videos but I can only tape for 10 seconds at a time.

It's been HELL...My mom fell at the rental broke her hip, I took care of her during that time, she again fell a few weeks ago here at the farm and broke her wrist, arm and foot. So it's been quite a time...

I feel lost. Thanks for taking the time to read this :o)

I have sent many letters and emails requesting information and answers, still I have not received any answers about the closing or the insurance.

There is thousands of dollars missing from the closing of our mortgage, I would like to know where that money went?

Last week I asked that your attorneys provide contact information for Mr. Moore, so far they have not provided that information, so at this time I am asking you for this info regarding the monitor.

I never got a reply from you last year in April and June 2005 after sending you letters by fax requesting your assistants.

I thought that your company was the American Dream, but all its been is a nightmare for me and my family.

We had to live with out our home for 18 months while renting and making mortgage payments and waiting for answers that never come.

Ameriquest/attorneys offered settlements that include insurance checks from safeco insurance, but can't answers any questions regarding the insurance. I have asked, is safeco responsible for neglect, negligence,fraud and forgery done by ameriquest and or their employee during the closing? Still I have not received a reply to that questions and others regarding the closing and the ins. I will not cash any checks because I feel that safeco should not have to pay for something that Ameriquest did.

Please reply so that we may be able to resolve this soon...

I can so relate to you but my problems is with HSBC Mortgage Services..right now I have a lawyer and the court date is April 2008..and if they prolong it again or it does not go in my favor..there is going to be Hell to pay..I was and there is a friend in Ohio that are or was paying their mortgage payment and HSBC is thanking them by kicking them out of their homes.
