Our geothermal works great! $1200 per year for heat, cool, and hot water! Make sure you go with a reputable installer that knows what they are doing!

I've perused YouTube and this video is by and far one of the best for explaining "all things" geothermal. How it works, operation, installation are broken down into terms most can understand. The video content of each component is "spot on." I watched this video before my installation and became educated about exactly what to expect. My geothermal system averages $29 monthly. PROBLEM FREE! The preceding post is unfortunate. Sounds like it may have been installed by an untrained contractor.

I had a geothermal and it was complete trash! My utilities ran $350 to $586 a month when it was suppose to be $91.00!! I would NEVER install another one. They will cheat you on the pipes and not install them far enough down. This will keep the system from working correctly. My system was having to be refilled every other month but they say it is a put it in and leave it. Don't believe the hype!
