Don't listen to the trolls telling you to get yourself arrested by not complying. You made your point by repeatedly asking if you where free to go and if you had to give him I.D. You forced him to threaten you, and that is enough. remember, you are here to make transparent the actions of these men and you can't do that from a cell. You are a form of amateur media, not martyrs for the cause. I'm not sure about the approaching them at night while they are on a call. please be very careful.

Cititzens have the RIGHT to remain silent! 5th Amendment violation on the cop by demanding an answer from this private cititzen recording the cops. Contact information? Phone number for more questions? 5th Amendment man! The RIGHT to remain silent. If im recording a cop on duty and the cop ask me questions......id plea the 5th Amendment. If caught someone commiting a crime......id show the police my video.
