I"d say, that you may consider prepping your stuff, like garlic, also... chiffinade, I think it's called, you stack, roll and slice the basil leaves. one other thing, would be your camera work...your hands get in the way quite a bit, but not bad.

@TizonaDracat Well it is a tad bit hard to do everything on your own. I had to do everything myself while filming and cooking. The only times I got help from others with the camera was for the extra stuff, called 'Five things you can do while waiting for the meat to get ready'.
