@diramonsky those several armies r effn 'tards lol....if any1 has ever been enlisted n the US Military as I, an have used sims as I, thn ud see there is a diff between ArmA1 r 2 and a military training simulator. the biggest being the speed n which thngs happen. but i do love arma 1 2 an ofp lol

@mtnbike256 OFP1 is on xnbox...Operation Flashpoint Elite...on the xbox it succs worse thn any game ive ever playd..period. the controls r horrible flight controls atrocious an turnin speed well les jus say ud bettr hope noone is firin at u frm eithr flank. lol

so i assume that battles randomly happen? the campaign is dynamic? or are these missions just scripted?

I created this battle with the ingame editor. I only gave the attacking side waypoints and the defender the orders to hold their ground. It's pretty easy to make a battle like this.

i have a feeling people with high expectations for this game to be a "combat simulation" are going to be severely dissapointed

Well several armies across the world use it as a combat simulator so I guess you should ask them.
