this is an incredible book of art and embellishments, but definately not a recipe book. the recipe cards are lacking compared to the stunning pages.

I LOVE it!!! I'm so into vintage lately and this mini just knocks me off my feet! You are so creative! Thanks for the tip about hitting the old book stores to buy old, cheap books. I will have to stop by my local stores. Thanks for sharing! I will have to watch this over and over. Just love the collage vintage look!

Love this! Picked up my unfinished altered book from a few years ago, didn't know what to do with it other than just glueing pictures and ticket stubs. This is just what I needed!

I've watched this a couple times now for some inspiration Roxy and your "minnesotan" accent reminded me of a cartoon my kids used to watch called Bobby's World. Bobby's mom always used this phrase "Don't cha know". it was a phrase I adopted! The way she said it must be "minnesotan"....because it's like you said....this long o and it's just cute....anyway...no point to my ramble. I just had to comment. I love language & learning the origins of words, etc.

Wonderful art work, thanks for sharing. Can you tell me what kind of glue you used when gluing down the wallpaper pieces? I'm having trouble making them stick to the pages....thanks for your help...LOL Bea

Funny you should ask because I was going to mention it in the vid and forgot. Believe it or not I used a cheapy Office Max glue stick for everything! I was very pleased with the results, especially for the wallpaper. I only had to touch up a couple spots, like the French maid's head. Other than that, it worked like a charm!
