Crap, why would you move your house.
You would still just sell it as it would be far easier to sell than move it despite some energetic utopian dream.

Bent as they come?

Less regulation means greater individual liberty and when coupled with strong individual property rights there is a stronger case to curb and remove polluters from upstream. Realize that the fed gov is the nations greatest polluter. Individuality is the only answer to cronycapitalism and fascism and communism and socialism. Individuality promotes self help and truly helping others. Not fixing people but helping. Libertarian anarchy can save the nation from big leviathan.

@logtype47 as i said before, as long as it not interferes with someone's else's life. The way i see, being a libertarian is not to be an anarchist. But i also can't see why suporting a big govern would be a solution for this case, since governs can polute and kill the enviroment too

@Incrue How about I give you a scenario and you tell me how we should handle it.
John Smith has a factory upsteam from your house in which he "pursues his happiness" refining petroleum products. Mr. Smith live in state with relaxed environmental regulations and thus dumps petroleum byproducts into the river that run through your backyard which makes you and you family sick. What do you do????
-
@Incrue Jesus H. Christ!!!! Please explain what "pursuing one's happiness" actually means. I hear this parroted repeatedly by childish libertarians with no explanation of how it is applied in a real world setting.
-
@logtype47 anyone has the right to pursue his hapiness, in any way he likes, as long as it not interferes with someone else's life. What's wrong with that?

I like this idea Patri Friedman is propagating. The idea of making Governments Competitive. I hope this takes off & the barriers to entry fall. Be great to float away from a Modern Liberal Fascist country. Only thing that would ruin this if it turns into a massive sausage fest.

@andrewsurtees How exactly do you remain smug in the face of someone asking you a question that you don't know the answer to? A question that is really important nonetheless.
It's funny how libertarians, who pride themselves on being rational, tend to be irrational narcissists.

@logtype47 Good job it won't effect you :)
Seriously, this blows Zeitgeist' Venus Project right out of the water. Quite literally
