@miklos0505 Its to get instant fresh air to the turbo or air filter. If your turbo/ Air filter is on the right you will take out your right headlight .Likewise if its on the left side.

Could somebody please explain why they remove one of the headlights from drag cars? I have been looking for an answer everywhere, but havent found one yet...
