The term "Human Rights Council" is NOT an oxymoron. An oxymoron is where contradictory terms appear in conjunction eg. "Deafening silence", "American culture", "white intelligence." How does the word 'council' contradict 'human rights'. Dumb fucking asshole. This guy is just seeking his moment of fame.
