I need a lock pick! My landlord charges way too much for the damn laundry. Time to change that. The ebay items are removed. Where can I buy a tubular lock pick?
-
they cut the video right at the important part.
They left out how to manipulate the pins while applying rotational pressure.
so this information provided is useless. go figure..
-
is it possible to use a 8 pin lock pick on a 7 pin lock?
-
@nora8brian basicly the pick moves in such a way that the pin (L shaped parts on the pick) as to replicate the depths on the cuts on the key :) if you msg me id be more than willing to give you a boatload of info and what locks can be picked so you ca have some fun
-
@nora8brian the tube of the pic fits into the tubular lock. before you fit it in, you make sure all of the pins are flat by pressing it onto a table, then tightening pin tensions, and inserting into lock - then slowing wiggling it back and forth when SLOWLY removing. The little L shaped pins, when moved by the lock, move backwards util they replicate the depth required by each pin. goog it.

@excalubur2k it just takes some practice. Some will pick easier than others. It also depends on the lock. If it's an ACE security lock then you might not be able to pick it due to different spring rates in the barel
