Some idiot in a van pulls in front of a speeding motorcycle, forcing him off of the road.

There's NEVER only one person at fault in a crash (unless you're on your own of course). Part of it was the motorcycle's speed yes, but if the van driver had looked far enough down the road in the first place, the whole thing could have been avoided. They're BOTH to blame.

Given the look of the road, as well as the comparrison of the other vehicles speed, it's quite obvious that the bike in question was speeding. Sure, we don't know the speed limit... there MAY NOT EVEN BE ONE. Either way, it still doesn't matter. IF there was no speed limit, you still assume responsibility of risk by travelling at a high rate of speed. Your actions, your responsibility. Maybe the bike flew around a blind corner. Props to the van driver for stopping in time and not creaming him.

It is the van's fault, he has seen the bike late and pulled out in front of him.
To everybody who says the bike is speeding, how do you know what the speed limit is on that bit of road?
Granted most people would have slowed there as it looks like a busy area, just to be sensible but that still doesn't eliminate blame from the van driver for not looking properly.

Wow! Really vans fault. I think someone need to look at the speed the Motorcycle is going. Called distance plus speed equals how fast you will get there. TA DA!

You said it in the title "speeding" it`s hardly the van drivers fault....i`m a biker myself and i learnt the hard way i t-boned a car at 90mph, i flew like a fucking albatros for over 100yds, an luckily never broke a bone, just wore my leathers down to my underpants lol. NOTE TO BIKERS, if you wanna speed go to the track, it will save many broken hearts when they have to scrape you up off the highway. ...peace

bike was travelling way way tooooo fast...not fair on everyday road users.... the van actually saw the bike and stopped...if bike was doing sensible speed he also would have been able to stop..... bikers own fault..!
