well, this obviously isn't my dishwasher; I didn't see little elves running around and leaving little bits of food and other dried on crap all over the place.

I just watched the video again and realized that the zips contained the flashlights and NOT the camera. I'd skipped ahead a few times and missed the part where the protective lense and case was affixed to the camera. Explains the great picture...Thanks again for your time and efforts.

How the hell does this really clean the dishes?? :/ The water doesn't reach everywhere and if it's oily or hard dirt it needs a sponge or something?

Mom:Anthony are you trying to wash the camera again.
Anthony:yes mom,but i wanted to see is someone is trying to wash the dishes,
its magic!

This is a good demonstration of what goes on inside a dishwasher

@ronz706 , It's more of a preference related to finickiness for me.
1. Plastics don't dry well in the dishwasher.
2 Also, many times they cannot stand the high pressure of the jet sprays, so they'll flip over and fill with water, which is annoying to me.
3. Some plastic ware will melt just from the temperature of the water, not heating elements.
4. Glass and ceramic absorbs water jet impact sound better, allowing for a quieter wash.

@SpazChat Most plastic wares are dishwasher safe, why wouldn't you?

@metaspherz , All Frigidaires and some high end European models are the only ones I know of that alternate upper and lower spray arm wash action -- (better distribution of water pressure)

I never put that much plastic ware in my dishwasher, I'm surprised anyone would.
Just standard wash :)
