Its like having Hitler as president, and ure tryna change the law slowly but surely but by the time that happens, if it ever happens, many many jews will have already been killed. Its the same scenario.

The laws have to change and the wicked ass politicians, judges, and etc in the power structure NEEDS to be over throwed. The justice system will always be wicked as long as u have wicked powers running they system. If u change/overthrow the wicked powers that be, then the law will change.

@ShamelessNation I never said I know for sure, I wasn't at the trial to hear all the evidence. "NOTHING points to him"... well how about at least two witnesses who still say he saw him do it. He also has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon in the past and he was a suspect in an earlier shooting that very night... that has a lot to do with "the cop" (his name is Mark MacPhail) being shot. He would still have been executed if he was white. That is what happens when you kill police.

@ScorpiusCentaurus So you know for *sure* Davis was the murderer even though NOTHING points to him. Wow...what a brilliant all knowing person you are. What is this extensive criminal background of Davis? And what would it have to do with the cop being killed? Stop trying to make yourself feel better about an obvious miscarriage of justice.

And no we wouldn't have said a word if he was white. What's your point? If he was white he would still be alive.

There is still at least two witnesses who say he did it. Why discount them? Those witnesses who recanted their testimony obviously cannot be trusted to tell the truth. Either they lied at the trial or are lying now. Troy Davis was someone with a extensive criminal background. And we all know that if he was white none of you would of said a damn thing about his execution.

Well stated Judge Brown....

Public defenders will not take the time out of their day to prove a person innocent. That's like asking a doctor to take you seriously when you don't have health insurance. Troy was doomed simply because he was "black" and a white cop was found dead. He died to bring closure to a family that couldn't move on. He was murdered based on political power plays. ( Of course America is alway sending a message to African Americans.) Be scared!
