Too bad this footage is so bad, I watched these guys grow up and they all surf unreal!!! They surf way better than what is shown in this video, and on the selling of land, you'll notice it's mostly foreigners buying and selling their land, no different than the Iranian with a convenient store in the middle of USA?
Just my opinion.........
