it was supposed to be put into effect back in 09. my guess is why it didnt get passed is because the dems wanted TOTAL control of the system instead of letting the people acturally choose what they want. and this bill gives the govt TOTAL control over the people and bankrupts the private insurers and sets up the public option. now, thats not freedom of choice. thats slavery.
