Your hair looks different and you have great nails! Love French Tips! That's a very good solution for those who can't or don't want to get their ears pierced. A source for the adaptors would be very useful as well.

I've seen them at Hobby Lobby and Roberts...but I would think that most craft stores that have a jewelry making section would carry them or something similar.
