SPOILERS

Getting back to Carlito's hideout and giving Isabela Carlito's locket means Isabela can shut off the signal jammer that's been preventing Jessie from calling for backup. That, in turn, is the impetus that starts the real end of the game: the invasion of the Williamette Parkview Mall by the U.S. military.

You don't have to rush back to the security room at this point, of course, but doing so lets you see a series of cutscenes that are otherwise unavailable.

Can i do these to without actually saving all of the survivors since im actually in the middle of trying to get saint and don't wanna start over? I mean like just go around taking pictures of all the survivors without saving them and just answer the calls. also do i have to trigger everything for all the needed calls to come?

ok, to get ending A, you must:

complete all cases, even "the facts", stay WITH isabela until 10:30 am, she says, "go on without me..." then get your ass to the helipad immediately.

and talked to isabella. she figured out the password, and the jamming device got fucked up. after like 40 seconds or some shit, jessie called me and said that "the HQ decided to ignore us" and that they are sending a cleanup thinqy or some shit like that. after i got that cutscene, i went to the security room, (where jessie and the soldiers where at.)
