Feeding Mama Fratelli, the raccoon

Me feeding the raccoon I named "Mama Fratelli." (I recently watched Goonies again...) Either she is pregnant or has babies somewhere. I'd been calling her "Little Dude" until I got to see her very feminine belly. This is my front yard around 3:00 PM.
Her favourite snacks so far are cinnamon rice cakes and cinnamon graham crackers. She is a wild animal though, so I don't try and actively touch her. I let her take food from my hands with her paws so she feels in control and safe. Which is also why I sit on the step. She has easy access to a hiding spot under the porch.

You can't really see it in the video, but she has a pea sized hole in her right ear. She may have been shot by a bb gun or something.

I love her little mouth! I do wish racoons were considered pets... ;_; Oh well. My cats are psychotic enough for "domesticated" animals. ^^
