Lets see. America was attacked twice on Cheney'/Bush's watch (9.11 and Anthrax). NEITHER terrorist was apprehended or even pursued. PLUS Iran was made 1000X stronger when Cheney/Bush decided to remove the only country keeping them in check.
No admistration in the history of the United States is even close to being as incompetent as Cheney/Bush on national security.
