why mid 30s will this happen?

It would make sense as a teenager because you are not experienced in life.

Thanks for your videos. I am a 3rd-year nursing student, and these videos help while reviewing my textbook. (I have watched all of your anxiety disorder videos.) Please keep the videos up as personality-type disorders are 4th semester! :)

Anyone have inner ear problems? Here's a suggestion: Get the book "Phobia Free" by Harold N. Levinson. get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson's work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Panic Attack free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication. Get your inner-ears checked, thoroughly.
