@aaroncaras i did read that before. but in the video you actually said to everyone it was your own version when it's pretty obvious the styling of the song and how it was sung (phrasing, note selection) was almost all kris allen's. yes the instrumental part was from his performance, but you failed to let everyone know you were singing it just like him as well. just sayin.
