Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Corners of Time FanFic Trailer

"You never truly know all the facts of ancient History. An assumption was made that when the Pharaoh passed on that that was all there was left for him to accomplish with Yugi. An assumption was also made when everyone assumed the Millennium Items were actually destroyed. One year after the final duel, Yugi's grandfather finds two halves of a pendant that is similar in looks to the Millennium Puzzle. When Yugi places the two pieces together he soon unknowingly awakens the beings of two children; the children of Atem, the once Nameless Pharaoh.

Unable to understand the situation, Yugi and his friends will soon face the new darkness and protect the two royal children from the new evil. New and Old enemies will awaken, New and Old friends will join the fight, but will Yugi have to do everything alone? Or is Pharaoh Atem somehow still out there? Every Corner of Time will need to be searched for the answers."

This video covers mainly Chapters 4-9, with some hints of upcoming chapters and themes as well. I obviously couldn't really but in any of my original characters for this because it would take away from the video so I focused on Atem and Yugi's side of this.

0:00-0:52- This mainly focuses on Yugi missing Atem, memories play back in his mind as he tries sleeping. Atem's departure, the Orichalcos, and even the Stone Tablet. Yugi missing Atem is a huge part of the beginning, as with the appearance of Atem's children in the present day, Yugi has no idea what to do and wishes for the Pharaoh's help.

0:52-1:07- Yugi wakes up in the Millennium Puzzle that had mysteriously returned to him, however he can't find Atem. Then he sees the figure of the Pharaoh wandering the Puzzle, but not recognizing him at all. Yugi is then shown still in distress over all of the events.

1:07-1:19 - The beginning of this shows back to Chapter 1, when Atem rushes off to defeat the evil in Egypt. Back in Chapter 6, Yugi plus Atem's children Tefnut and Shu are facing Yami Bakura once again in a Shadow Game, with their combined powers a ritual begins where Atem's spirit begins to be resurrected in the modern world ( Represented by the Clip of Season 4 with the duel Against Dartz)

1:19-1:53-Then it shows Atem again, this is a flashback of when he was mysteriously released from his dormant state in the Puzzle (After he locked Zorc in the Ring) and returned to being Pharaoh. We see a memory of Thief King Bakura that Yugi is having during the duel, and the clips of Yami Bakure represent Ryo getting the Ring back. We also have a scene of the other main characters, finally leading to the complete resurrection of Atem, where we see Yugi in spirit in front of him. Atem's Third Eye then appears as he begins his fight against Bakura

1:53- 2:01-This mainly focuses on the themes of Chapters 7-9, as Atem struggles to deal with the loss of one of his close friends, who is also his wife, my OC Hathor. This is also an on going theme in the story, especially with the presence of Hathor's reincarnate Karley.

2:01- 2:03 -One of Yugi's major struggles is his change in dueling style that gets revealed in Chapter 14. He has become cocky and arrogant, forgetting everything he had learned which almost cost him the god cards.

2:03-2:09 -Again it shows Atem returning to be Pharaoh after his mysterious awakening from the Puzzle after the defeat of Zorc. He slowly awakes, confused, having a memory of how he defeated the Dark Lord.

2:09-2:31 - Represents Atem's Connection with his Ka's the Three Egyptian God Cards. Then is shows something glowing in his pocket, a card that Pegasus gave to him and Yugi in Chapter 9, it's glowing and along with itself and the God Cards take Yugi and Atem into a flashback of Atem's past for more memories of before Zorc and Thief King Bakura attacked and as well as after wards. Also showing the effect the memories had on both Yugi and Atem.

2:33-2:51- The rest just shows some stuff I haven't written about yet. Such as the presence of some monsters and what not. As well it also again shows Atem's struggle to deal with his lost love, a memory of the terror over Egypt reminds him though that he has to carry on in order to save who is still alive.
