Here I am cooking one of my favorite recipes, you can easily subsitute the fish for chicken, lamb, or even steak.

*6oz of Chilean Sea Bass Filet
*3 tb olive oil
*2 cloves chopped garlic
*1/2 medium onion, sliced
*1/2 cup of your choice of mushrooms (i I used portebello and buton mushooms)
*2 bay leaves
*Garlic salt (to taste)
