MUGEN Battle: Reika vs Goeniko

Oh snap! Female Goenitz! This one is pretty tough. She has infinite supers just like Goenitz in 96. She spams yonokaze, just like Goenitz and if you get too close "OWAKARE DESU!" complete with psycho face just like Goenitz, except she doesn't say that. :D

Her standing hard kick is a genocide cutter and she has a bunch of other Rugal stuff too......

The pic at the beginning of Mokou dressed up as Rugal is a different rule altogether: if it exists, there is a Touhou version of it.
