  • @coolcat20million yeah target where i seen it for tha same price, yeah i agree bout the idiots,i've told a few them off.if you see...i like the fact you can do alot and it doesn't take up a lot of room.hey thanks for the info!

I DO own one. LOVE IT. I hope people won't be put off by idiot comments from others such as " it looks like a walker," or, "You can do the same exercises at home using a broom handle and two chairs." As Julie demonstrates, The Rack is versatile and you can take it almost anywhere.

I bot mine at Sports Authority for $99.99. I've noticed that The Rack website now also offers it for the same $. Hope this helps.

  • @coolcat20million so you have one,or just tried it out? thanks for the info, stores are starting to have them, kinda nice so you don't have order them any more for those who do.

  • CAREFUL - The Leg Raises that she performs at about :22 - the Rack will

start to topple over if you're weight isn't centered EXACTLY on the Rack. It is

better to do this exercise facing inward, and lift your feet over that middle bar

each time you bring move your legs up and out.

OR - instead of lifting yourself by the hands, steady yourself on your forearms.

That way you can face away from the Rack (as Julie does here) with less danger

    of falling over.

  • julie you is a stud. dayum you are ripped

  • Glorified walker.

  • Chuck Norris sells the Total Gym but works out on TheRack!

  • the whole time I was looking at the Rack........oh yea and the work out thing is nice too
