Hackfall near Grewelthorpe, North Yorkshire, England. A beautiful wood recently restored to its former glory. http://www.hackfall.org.uk

The music used is early English music played by Jon Sayles. http://www.jsayles.com/familypages/earlymusic.htm

"The pieces used are "April is in my Mistress' Face" and "The Witches' Dance"

  • A stunning, powerfully beautiful park and landscape. Clearly a lot of hard work has gone into the restoration, but the panning and zooming of the video make me nauseous!

  • Apologies for the nausea, not quite the reaction I was hoping for. I did the pans and zooms to try and give an appreciation of the scale of the views in Hackfall. Its very difficult to capture on camera what your eye can see, this is a simple attempt to go somewhere in that direction.
