  • I used a 15W solder iron with a very small pointy tip.

  • I actually did. I however didn't have time to shoot the video. my key is working fine for over 2 months now. I'll make a follow up movie when my second key (which my wife uses) needs a battery change.

    I agree. they are a pain in the ass to open. But it works perfectly. Any new key that you buy you also have to learn into the car.

  • These things are a pain in the azz. I'm buying new one. I tried to screw with it and it was a NO GO. I see you have no follow up.....You did not get it to work did ya?
