Hi, John! you took my husband and me upstairs to show us your antiques and carpet. You were so kind to us, and we still have the table cloth, sweaters, and jacket we bought there in 2001. I loved your store. We bought so much we had to have it shipped back. Love from Phoenix, Arizona.

Well john what next? Maybe the movies but then that would be Sligos loss.
If one sees a well dressed person on the street in Sligo you can be sure he or she has visited John's shop in O'Connell Street. I met a man on a visit to Washington DC some time ago and in casual conversation when he heard I was from Sligo he asked " Do you know John Mullaney, I bought a fine suit from him so tell him I will be back for another soon" I am sure he has ! I don't suppose John knows this clip is here, I must take him a DVD copy on my next visit.
The overcoat which will probably see me out, has been wonderful through the winter and hopefully many more to come!

Actually, he does - my husband and I stopped in while visiting cousins in Sligo (knowing nothing about this video), and he told us about it! He's a very sweet man and we did not manage to leave without getting my husband a sport coat.

Yes, John is a wonderful chap.
I don't suppose he's seen this, I should send him a copy.
I did get the pronunciation correct eventually, thanks to Seamus.
