A nice and spirited old time waltz I learned from a recording of the great North Carolina Piedmont fiddler Lauchlin Shaw. I recorded this on my 1923 Gibson A-1 snakehead mandolin.

That's awesome. Can you recommend anywhere to find sheet musc/tab/recordings of stuff like this? I'm desperate to try my hand at it.

va benissimo! beautiful sounding instrument as well.
just an opinion but i would think the tune has more to do with rome, georgia than roma.
