Not a Valid Win32 Application

I've been trying to install all sorts of .exe files and none of them are working................ It says they are invalid Win32 applications. I have Windows XP Service pack 2.... Does anyone know of a way to fix it? Comment if you can help or have the same problem.

can someone help me? I have this game, installed it and then ran the game, when i did that it immediatly said "not a valid Win32 program" THIS IS SO ANNOYING. i did a virus check, not the issue. What else can i do?

@marqben25 It's because your system is corrupted. There might be a virus in your computer. Does Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) work?

if you have a 32bit processor you cant run 64bit programs. I've had the same problem before.

Hey i have the same problem it says E:\ is not a valid Win32 application did u figure out how to fix it i can't install any games and when i put them in the DVD ROM it doesn't even come up soo idk how this happened or y but the only game i have on here is Crysis 2 then after a month or 2 this started happening when i would put my disk in then it wouldn't load then i would go to My Computer double clicked it from E:\ my cd drive and it pops up here is it again E:\ is not a valid Win32 application
