I Love my Soldier

I made this for my boyfriend while he's away at AIT in Fort Rucker. It's mostly pictures of us before & after he joined the Army and a few video clips from basic training graduation in Fort Jackson. I miss him SO much! It's tough bein an Army girlfriend! Would love to chat with any girl goin through the same thing! Take care!

@Emmanuelledees: My bf just left for basic on the 9th of this month, it's hard i will admit, but the only thing that you can do is write a letter everyday it takes some of the pain away. You might not get one back from him for a while but as soon as u get that first letter from him send urs and one replying to his. It's hard n will continue to be hard but tords the end ive been told it gets easier. Trust me that first phone call you get releases a lot of stress! Try not to cry it makes it worse.

Can someone please tell me when it gets easier??? He just left for basic a week ago and I'm a mess!! He'll be gone for 9 weeks for basic and 21 to 23 weeks for AIT and only back for 2 weeks after all this and then hes gone again!! IDK how i'm suppost to make it through, i'm trying to keep positive and not let him know how much its killing me but I miss him SOOO MUCH!!!

It's starting to get hard on my end...My boyfriend and I are long distant and he's finally getting deployed...He's so excited and I can't help but feel so lost about what to do....I'd love some advice on this if anyone's even watching this still....It's hard to not be with him...it gets even worst knowing he's gonna be gone and I can't even hear from him...I don't know if I'm making sense...I'm distraught...

@DawnieDo408 I know exactly how you feel! My boyfriend came back from Iraq a few months ago and he's stationed up at Fort Hood. I don't get to hear from him all the time, so every time I get a call or a text message hearing "I miss you" or "I can't wait to see you" it means so much more. My boyfriend is coming home from Afghanistan by the end of this month. He is stationed out of Fort Detrick. It is very hard especially when you don't get to hear from them in some form of communication . But they are worth every tear, every breath you take. So hang in there. You have to be Army Strong just like them.

My hubby will be home from Afanganistan in 3 weeks. He is also in US ARMY. It takes special women to love and support these men. We are stationed by Ft. Rucker. Stay strong they are worth it.

No one knows how hard it is but it does take a strong person to be a soldiers wife,girlfriend, or fiancé!! Very hard!!
