  • Anyone else notice there's no actual spine movement in the first exercise? He moves his hips and shoulders in sync!

  • the key is teaching your back to sit properly. Slouching is the cause of most of America's back pain and while stretches like this will help in the short-term the only long term solution is fixing your posture. Spend a bit of money on something like the Nada Chair or the SIT4EVR you won't be sorry

If hundreds of validated studies are suggesting that the contents of your video does not work, then perhaps you need to reassess your theory.   • @danih1980 I am a certified Physical Therapist with 10ys experience in sport medicine, and i think this kind of stretch and exercise is crucial to recover from LBP injury in the course of Rehabilitation after acute phase. IT WILL NOT MAKE THINGS WORSE and WILL NOT MAKING IT MUCH BETTER but can help to relax lower back and decrease the tension from muscle shortening,,
