Hey youtubers! I'm hoping that I will be able to amass some muscle in the upcoming months and document my progress as well. I'll try to provide an update every 3 days or so so... enjoy!
same situation as this guy i play ball and i can shoot i can handle i cant draw and1's cuz i dont have the strength to finsih when getting hit or driving it in strong... my base is pretty much like that but defined low body fat, how can i get stronger bigger while keeping my definition and body fat at 7percent?
Yeah youre really skinny! Only 200 lbs? That would make you the skinniest person alive. Personally, I weigh 250 so I guess that makes me, what, slim? ...C'mon man 200 is already big.
u weight 200, you should get at least that in grams of protein. Minimum. Can you work out 4x a week? Got to say u r looking good, not skinny, so u r starting from a good place. Pack it on, brother. Good luck! Mike

nice work man keep at it i went form 183lbs to 200lbs in 4 months hard work but the end result is brilliant
