An UFO on GTA IV?

This is what Happens. I think that is the Algonquin bridge, but I was there cause a mission of Gerry McReary. When I see backwards, I saw that. What do you think it was?
Plus Info: It was on my 360, so there isn't any mod. It was the fist Gerry mission.
