It's hard to compare this to the Billy Bragg original. I love them both, but see this as a totally different song. It's perhaps a bit over-done on the 'pop' with synths and typical 80s drums, but the harmonies and Kirsty's vocals add a nice touch.
It would have been lovely to hear an acoustic version of this with Kirsty on vocals.
