  • wow great push up work out. The last push ups u did, I do them outside by the skate park. They have these low bars that nobody uses. when I push myself up explosivly I either raise my arms to full extension or I do triple clap push ups before I catch the bar on the way down. do u also do them til exhaust?? Peace

  • @Zephyrwolf Thanks, ya ill go to exhaustion on most my exercises... You can also setup like 3 or more exercises in a row, and do the harder ones first to exhaustion then keep movin on to ones that u can ussually do higher reps of when done alone, but now the reps will be lower to hit exhaustion.....
