Obamacare Ruled Unconstitutional!?!

Federal judge Judge Roger Vinson of Federal District Court in Pensacola, Florida ruled on Monday that it was unconstitutional for Congress to enact a health care law that required Americans to obtain commercial insurance, evening the score at 2 to 2 in the lower courts as conflicting opinions begin their path to the Supreme Court.

A second federal judge has ruled parts of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - also referred to as ObamaCare or Socialist Communist Marxist Naziiist, pissing on the burnt American flag, Che Guevera, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro Ménage à trois love child - unconstitutional because it forces Americans to buy insurance from private corporations - and if they don't, face fines. Now, take a look at candidate Obama in the summer of 2008. I agree whole heartedly, Obamacare doesn't suck be cause its "socialist" it sucks because it isn't socialist ENOUGH. Its fucking sad that America, still the most dominant economy in the world can't provide its citizens with basic health care.

Actually I take that back, America could provide its citizens with health care easily but it's to busy spending tax payer dollars on the largest military budget in the world so that the military industrial complex can get rich and people can die.

@Shadowlit001 what you dont know that the Federal reserve haves the power to do for all taxpayers, so they decide on what to do..and when the money goes straight to military, the federal reserve(international bankers) get 10x the money they get from regular taxpayers. and this is one reason of how obama didnt CAPITALIZE on it. cuz he didnt want to betray the federal...this is my opinion, however, everything about the taxes and fed reserve, is FACT.

Yeah forcing people to get insurance or be fined is ridiculous...being in mass I know that hard enough :P especially when masshealth has fuc*ed me over. Not saying non corporate insurance is better (I was fuc*ed over worse by the previous private insurance I was on.) It needs to be revised and improved not totally thrown out.
