Chinto has the reputation of being an important Kiko kata within the Matsumura system (much like Hakutsuru). I'm just experimenting with this aspect of the kata in this video, trying to see what it does energetically as I do daishyuten (as well as trying out different respiratory rhythms).

    i believe that there isw plenty of internal evidence that kiko was a facet of Kusanku training but I'm not familiar with any oral traditions singling it out as being important. At least not in the way Sanchin, Naihanchi, Hakutsuru and Chinto are singled out.
