@GDorofu - In the summer of 2010, the family replaced the wooden "P" that was placed by a phan as well as the temporary bronze marker with Harry's likeness.
In their place is a large granite marker. The top is shaped like a radio mike, with the letters "HK" in the middle, and a likeness of his autograph at its base.
The base of the gravestone is shaped like a raised home plate, and engraved on that base are the words:
HARRY KALAS
1936-2009
LOVING HUSBAND
LOVING FATHER
A FRIEND TO ALL

As a lady posted here on YouTube with her beautiful tribute song, Harry may be gone, but he will never be "outta here".

BTW, someone recently installed two pairs of seats from Veterans Stadium at Harry's grave. Each pair is installed at a 45º angle at either side of his grave so four fans can sit among Harry in the way they have become so accustomed, as well as look out over the Schuylkill River.
