What brand of paint do you use for those watercolors? I know you don't have a preference, but I'd just like some ideas. I heard watercolors make good washes.

@epicfantasy hi dude.realy like your vid.thanks for taking the time to make it.im having a go at painting some miniatures my self for the 1st time.what are the drying times between each of your steps? im guessing you wait for it to dry befor black washing?

this is amazing thanks for the vid... i did have a question... im trying to paint a power balde that would look like a lightsaber... what would you suggest how i make it look more enegry like?

I would use a fluorescent paint or a paint that glows in the dark. That would be cool!

@epicfantasy immortal miniatures also make some decent quality ones and theyre pretty cheap too like £3.50 for a spartan king and 2 bodyguards or like £12 for a 12 person phalanx. If you're still working on thermopylae battle diorama you should check out theyre range its only sold at Northstar figures but theyve a good selection of stuff and theyre focus is historical accuracy
