I don't really suggest you to use this kind of cheese. The better for this recipe is simple soft cheese.

Thank you to present this recipe that I was waiting for. What difference does it make if I use glasses cake pan or aluminium cake pan?

It's better to use glasses cake pan because in this case you don't need to put a lot of butter or oil. And in the video I gave you a tip: to put a bit of flour on oil and only then to put the pastry in.
