  • Ye ive heard a few recommendations but thats seems like the most sensible approach. ive got sum newman ph3's and its booked into chipwizards on the 4th feb! mines a (98) so maybe not as much potential : (

  • Yeah i was going to go there but he wanted £450 plus vat and to be honest ChippedUK provided an excellent service and came with 3 years warranty all for £375. Glad i went to ChippedUK for sure. Let me know how yours gets on.

  • Ye it is abit steep hes quoted 470 inc. VAT. But chipped uk is to far for me. I will post a vid up from the dyno when its done.

  • Ah i see, it was only 55 miles for me where as Chipwizards was avoer 200 one way. Yeah post a video when done. :D

  • Im not sure on how many miles they recommend to run them in for. Some people say you should and other's say you dont have to. I drove around 400 miles until i had it remapped, whilst driving i never booted it once and only drove it up until 3000rpm and then changed gear.

  • ive got my cams, they're goin in this week then the remap the week after. How many miles do you run them in for?

  • 2002 Model and yeah a big difference with the cams and remap. With just the cams it felt slightly better than standard, was hard to tell as i didnt boot it at all. But once having the remap the difference was unbelievable!

  • What year is the car? and could you feel a big difference with the cams and remap?

  • Cheers Jason.

Once again thanks for all your team and yourself for the remap and service on the day.

Very happy with the power output and the drive! :D

  • Wheel power gave 129.8hp
