6950s are the best single graphic-cards out there by AMD (after the 6970) who I think lead the GPU-war at this point with their 6990 which is two 6970s in one GPU. While the 6950 is actually the exact same GPU as the 6970. And with some skills you can make your cheaper 6950 into a 6970's.

So in other words two 6950's are around ONE 6990 which is the best graphics card in the world after the extremely rare and overpriced MARS II.
