Hi! Excellent video!:) I was also filming off and on throughout the morning and early afternoon hours. I had left Morehead City around 715 am in hopes of driving north to intercept Irene in Nags Head. Unfortunately, lots of downed tress blocked the route near Vanceboro. As a result, I filmed from around New Bern instead. Since I wasn't in New Bern during the entire time between 9 am and 3 pm, I was curious as to when you estimate the highest wind gusts occurred there in New Bern?
