@TheNeverendingfire its not fast. All these guys can play fast. Its repeatign the same ideas which Malmsteen is guilty for. Howe is way more creative and unique. He practically invented a unique way of tapping at the peak of his appearance in the late 80's for one

first of all... all that matters is what you sound like... not what you use... unless of course you aren't playing an instrument at all... which is ok anyways (just cant claim you are a good instrumentalist then)

if you aren't cheating or coming up with the easiest way to play guitar... then you aren't playing it right anyways.

This is the dude bro! He inspired Guthrie Govan to play and countless others. I love his funky shred fusion style. I prefer this guy over that ego idiot malmsteen, satriani, and perhaps even vai. This guy, Guthrie Govan, and Paul Gilbert are freaking amazing along with Jeff Loomis and Rob Marcello
